Windows 10 (Win10 appears to have full functionality with all SC2K functions, SCURK included) I think it should be good now, but only time will tell. It was one of the reasons heuristic AV programs were flagging it. I've pushed a patch that removes the URL from the application.

Net that will install SC2K for you (as long as you have the files.) Just find the SC2K folder on your CD (Find the SC2K folder in WIN95 on the CD above) or if it's on your computer, any folder with the files in it and install! GoG is super easy to manage, you just go there and download an installer for whatever it is you want and then just add them as non-steam games. If that is to hard to understand, go ahead and buy your games on Bnet, GoG, Uplay, Origin or download them through torrents and add them all to your steam client.

I think you could answer that yourself by researching what the oldest game on Steam is, for I feel you'll find it's quite a bit younger than SC2K which is older than I am. As far as how likely SC2K is to appear on Steam, But I do think I remember it working for SC3K which I bought on GoG along with SC2K. Well, sometimes, I mean, for me, the steam overlay didn't work for SC4 even though I did buy it on Steam, so, I imagine there will be some cases where it wont work for non-Steam games too.
